"Chouchouter dans un hôtel tout confort et bien aménagé"

Ce bel hôtel à proportion humain , pour moi un boutique hôtel de qualité à été au delà de nos espérances! J’ai particulièrement apprécié le service ; tout le personnel était souriant , agréable et au petit soin: De l’accueil, au restaurant jusqu’au personnel de piscine et de ménage et bien sûr la directrice qui était disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller au mieux. Le buffet du matin était diversifié et copieux, mension spécial pour les msemem délicieuses! Pour le reste service continu de 12h à 22h au restaurant , snack pisince ou room service. Des plats frais et tout fait maison avec des portions généreuses. Belle découverte

"Buenísima opción en Dakhla"

Desde el primer momento, todo ha sido impecable. Las instalaciones son modernas, cuidadas al detalle y transmiten una sensación de confort y calidad en cada rincón. La limpieza es excelente, algo que se aprecia nada más entrar y que se mantiene durante toda la estancia. El personal merece una mención especial: atento, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La atención al cliente es inmejorable. El ambiente, es algo que realmente marca la diferencia en este hotel: el olor, la música suave, la iluminación… todos esos pequeños detalles crean una atmósfera única que invita a desconectar y disfrutar.

Como punto negativo , la ubicación puede resultar un poco apartada, algo bastante habitual en Dakhla. En nuestro caso no fue un problema porque teníamos coche, pero si no, puede ser complicado desplazarse andando a muchos sitios. Aun así, hay que decir que los taxis funcionan bien y son bastante económicos, por lo que es fácil moverse sin demasiado inconveniente.

"Peaceful"

Hotel is excellent in every way. The staff are friendly and have great manners. They accepted our date change and allowed early check-in without any hassle, which is usually a struggle in Europe, but here, if rooms are available, they don’t even make a big deal out of it. They also contact you before arrival and take care of every detail. The sea-view suites are hard to describe, in short: they genuinely relax both the mind and body. I really enjoyed the stay, and this is now my go-to place in Dakhla.

Honestly: We enjoyed everything.
