The only good things about the apartment are the location and the view, that is why they can afford to charge so much for such a low quality place. Apartment could be great, but since it was cheaply made and it is clearly poorly maintained, you can feel from the very start it was made to be making lots of money with zero investment and no care. We were constantly worrying we will end up breaking whatever we touch since everything is of such bad and cheap quality. The cleaning is done to the bare minimum. Not sure if anyone actually cleaned (only the beds were made properly and there were fresh towels). There was dust everywhere (hairdryer was white so dusty it was and is originally black; all the shelves in both bathroom and living room were full of clearly noticeable dust; glass tables in the living room you could write on so dusty they were and after wiping the living room table the tissue ended up being black). Seemed like the floors were just swept not vacuumed and there were stains everywhere. Both of the couches as well as shower floor were dirty. Kitchen is there, but it is pretty useless as there are absolutely no essentials (no salt, no pepper, no oil). The worst part is that there is not even a sponge nor a kitchen towel which makes it almost impossible to properly wash dishes. If you are coming during the colder months: air conditioning had no real heating option (or at least it was not functioning) so we were pretty cold in the evenings and it was impossible to dry the towels in any way. Heating was not on as it cannot be activated before December - we were informed about this via text message on December 2nd, being in the apartment already from November 30th. And we were asked if someone can come in the apartment to activate it while we are not in the apartment, cause they cannot tell us the fixed time of when they would come. Are you serious? What kind of agency are you? Coming in the apartment while guests are away? Where have you seen that?

There are renovation works of the palace going on right next door to the apartment so you are woken up at 7am with the constant and loud drilling. If you plan on sleeping later than till 7am and spending time in the apartment during the day this is definitely not an apartment for you. On one night around midnight we were woken up by the loud noise that was coming from the cabinet above the fridge (it was so loud we got scared something might explode). After not being able to reach the agency since it was very late, we checked the cabinet and all we could see were a bunch of tubes and pipes being connected to who knows what. At the check-in we asked about the trash and the person doing the check-in arrogantly said they are not separating trash in Italy and that we should just leave everything in one bag in the hallway in front of the front door. One day before our departure we get a message from the agency we should separate the trash and take it out ourselves. Communication from the agency was fairly annoying as they already send you tons of messages weeks before your arrival. Clearly just wanting to sell you tours, taxi rides etc. Once they realise you are not interested, they become rude, inefficient and don’t care about your pleasant stay anymore. Seems like you should only contact them in case you want to book a tour or a taxi, other issues you might have are not important. Not to just talk about negative things, they were kind enough to let us check-in at 12:30. There is also no possibility of storing the luggage somewhere in case your arrival is early or departure late. Book somewhere where people renting the place will actually care about your pleasant stay and will make sure to keep the place as they would want it for themselves if they were the guests (functional and clean). 70 EUR cleaning fee is a joke.

The view from the apartment is gorgeous! I really enjoyed staying on the terrace. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and very well furnished and it is close to the harbor and the historical center. I would also like to thank Angelo, who welcomed us and gave us very good recommendations what to visit in Palermo. He also recommended a very nice beach. I would definitely book this apartment again.

There isn't anything that we did not like. Just a recommendation with regard to the luggage as the checkout time is early, it would be good if there is a provided option to leave the luggage somewhere in the building.

It's perfect place to stay near the sea in Palermo. You can stay in this apartment for a week or a year . Comfy, close to center, supermarket, park nearby and gorgeous view. You can trust photos- the apartment is exactly the same as you see on photos

If you don't like the sound of the road - don't take this apartment, otherwise - 100% recommendation

The apartment is newly renovated, with high-quality facilities. There is everything you might need, from a kitchen, including a fridge and a freezer, to a washing machine, an ironing board, etc. The location is quite central, although near the port and not exactly great for walking at night. Although there is no reception, the staff was responsive via message and was accommodating to solve a big problem that we faced upon arrival. There was no water! The problem was central to the whole building, but they offered a practical solution (another apartment until the problem was solved).

If you are with a car, parking can be quite a nightmare in the area, especially if you are coming later in the evening. At any time of day and night, there are illegal "parking assistants" asking for money.

The property was spacious and light and it was fantastic to have two balconies.

To start just a few weeks before arriving we were told the cleaning fee was increased to £65 and we failed to see the benefits no one had dusted in quite sometime and the outside balconies were filthy. The kitchen ware was deplorable mismatched glasses and dirty cupboards. it’s such a shame as this apartment has the potential to be perfect.

Location was extremely impressive! Beautiful apartment with all the amenities! Staff is very attentive. View amazing. And so full of history.
