My room was reserved and confirmed. It was not available. Clerk said it was not cleaned, that they were short staffed. She could not accommodate us. Our late arrival. 11 pm was confirmed by the location and guaranteed to be available. It was canceled. My brother-in-law and I had to continue driving all night. We didn't get home until 7am. Very dangerous driving w no sleep. It was too late to find anything else. NEVER MOTEL 6 AGAIN.

Property tries to keep the facilities clean, good value for the price!

Excessive foul Marijuana smell, fenced pet area would have been great!

I booked studio 6 then they gave us cards to two wrong rooms and couldn’t enter. We came back to the office, they gave us a room to motel 6 which we didn’t book for. The door was hard to open and infested with bugs. The sheets had holes on it. We wished we got studio 6 as we booked for it.

Roaches everywhere. Suppose to been handicapped assessable and was not.

The location

The room smelled like smoke EXTREMELY bad. This room should not have listed as a non smoking room, it was so intense. Every number I called, I couldn't connect to a desk agent, including with the room phone, because it didn't work. Room was not clean, especially the bathroom and under the phone area. There were burn marks all over the bed, which was very uncomfortable. And the bright lights they have outside kept shining in, cause the of the curtains. And the mirror in bathroom area is disconnecting from wall

When I got there was 9:00 p.m. they were dividing shifts the young lady that was there was very helpful and very nice

The third shift crew made you feel like they were just there just to earn a paycheck the hand towels and the towels look dirty and then the fact that while trying to take a shower we found multiple roaches in the showers and around the shower and around the room the experience was not good at least in this facility it was not my son and I only stood there 5 and 1/2 hours just enough to sleep a little take a shower and and we left cuz it it was bad
