Jídlo průměr, dezerty dobré, Pokoj a koupelna pěkná. Plážová deka a slunečník k dispozici.

Dveře mezi pokoji zkrz které byla slyšet diskuze vedlejších hostů. Veškerý pocit soukromý pryč. Stejně tak odhlučnění chodby nulové. Špunty do uší sebou! Škoda že bazén nebyl vyhčívaný.

There was nothing to like about this property.

Me and my partner booked this hotel for 6 nights as we were there for a wedding in Rhodes. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owner who wasn’t able to find our booking even though we had the proof of the booking which we were able to handover to the owner however the owner became very rude with ourselves. After a lengthy discussion he managed to find our booking. When booking us in he stated that he has given us a new renovated room and one the “best” in the building. We were placed on the first floor with a view of the pool and restaurant. On entering our room there was blood on the floor, the room smelt, there was dust on the bedsides, the panelling behind the bed had marks all over which looked like dried blood, the curtains had massive stains on and as for the bathroom this was even worse. In the bathroom the shower …. Had hair in the plug with grime around the plug hole, the shower head fell down, when the shower was on it would flood the bathroom, there was dirt around the toilet and no where to hang towels. The towels that were provided had stains on as well. The bed was uncomfortable felt like we were sleeping on rocks, the aircon which has hot and cold didn’t work and left us feeling cold of a night. Overall the room was disgusting. The food… wow when I say it was awful it really was. We were told the day we got there that dinner was BBQ night which sounded like a great idea at the time however when we went down for dinner the food was freezing cold, mainly pork options with maybe the odd chicken skewer (which we asked about as my partner doesn’t eat pork for religious reasons) we were told that they catered for everyone however it quickly became apparent that they didn’t. There wasn’t much options and if your taking kids there isn’t hardly anything for kids. We tried the food but sadly we only eat rice and salad however even the rice wasn’t cooked properly.

If wanting a quiet holiday this place is ideal. Small variety on food but very good and can see its been freshly made. 10min walk to faliraki centre or to the beach Greek night on Tuesday night was great Rooms are clean and comfortable Provide shower gel and soap

If late for food, what is there is what will left (did stay during out of peak) for example like the dessert but I understand would be waste to put new plate full out and only half taken but sad when can only see dessert running out quickly and won't get more. (Pros and cons with being freshly made) Sadly our welcome experience wasn't really welcoming at all and slow. (The older guy even said in a kinda moaning tone - "why didn't you request a cot" (said I didn't need one) and shocked when "only staying for two nights". Gave a room like opposite the lift and stairs which isn't helpful when have a baby Lift is very small. Not all cocktails included in all inclusive and even the ones that are included are only included at certain times.
