Despite confirmation , they had cancelled our booking and gave it to another customer !!..What a lousy attitude . You land up in the late evening to find your confirmation has been cancelled. Why could they not call us..if they are doing this. Sorry...never this hotel again

"Decent hotel but communication is poor from hotel."

Comfortable stay

Staff are nice but communication is poor when it comes to price of miscellaneous cost like airport drop off. Make sure to understand this first.
