Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto con la nostra bimba. Ci hanno aiutato anche per prepararle qualcosa da mangiare fuori menù quando non stava bene, oltre ad averci aiutato con gli spostamenti in bus dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. La struttura è nuova e splendidamente arredata, pulita con i letti molto comodi, e non si sentono così tanto gli aerei nonostante sia vicina all’aeroporto. Buoni i cocktail! E splendida la vasca idromassaggio fuori dalle camere, molto calda e comoda. Erano sempre attenti ai controlli e alla pulizia di quella e della piscina.

La colazione era un po’ monotona anche se capisco che non sia un hotel enorme, mi sarebbe però piaciuta un po’ di varietà, magari qualcuno che prepara le uova al momento come le desideri, marmellate diverse ecc… comunque quello che c’era era tutto buono e fresco. Il letto della bimba era un po’ scomodo, credo fosse troppo sottile il materasso e così si sentiva la parte inferiore dura. Ho risolto mettendo un cuscino sotto per fare spessore.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Iannis on the bar. The pool was great for the kids and the location itself was good (we hired a car which I’d recommend). Naxos is beautiful, I’d really recommend driving up to the mountains to eat at Rotunda - the sunset view is amazing and the food was delicious.

It was really great, but if I’m being picky, the pool was often full of bugs (they did clean it thoroughly each day, but it would benefit from more regular cleans throughout the day. Because there are smokers, we found some of the linens had lingering smells of smoke at times - I think maybe because they’re hung outside to dry and guests smoke around them?

Very kind, thoughtful and sweet staff — the hotel employees were truly lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast quite a lot, the location was quiet and excellent to go around, and our room was cleaned fresh and tidied every single day. A genuine complaint is the pool, it was extremely dirty with green mold on the walls, oils, insects and children’s toys floating in it constantly. Sadly it was impossible to enjoy it in that state, which doesn’t reflect the price at all.

We booked Naxos Finest as the “grand finale” to a month of island-hopping, but it fell far short of expectations. Despite being the most expensive hotel of our trip, we found poor cleanliness and broken fixtures, unsafe maintenance issues, and an unappealing hot tub full of dirt and bugs. During our 4 night stay we did not see anyone use their hot tub, which was a concrete Box and when you could use it is restricted. Breakfast was uninspired, and the location is isolated. Landscaping and amenities felt neglected, lacking the comfort and elegance advertised. Sadly, the biggest disappointment of our trip. The pictures on the website need updating.
