Everything was very clean. The hot tub was hot enough (often sadly not true at hotels). Plenty of towels (although we didn't find the pool towels under the sink until we'd already used bath towels).

The pillows were so big that I literally could not sleep on my back. Traffic noise prevented us from sleeping with the windows open (might not have been a problem in a room facing inward).

Good location. Nice mini kitchen. Poolside room was nice. Slight noise, but not bad.

Price was perfect and accommodations were excellent

We got there early and were told we could not check in. We would have to wait until 4:00. This was on 10/18 at 2:30 pm. BUT when we were at the front desk the employee finished checking in another guest but couldn't check us in. Then as we parked and wandered around we see three other cars get checked in, unpack their car and check into the room. I'll never stay here again after being treated as if were trash that had to wait until she felt like helping us. At 4:00 we went back to the desk and she was about to tell us we still had to wait but another person stepped in and checked us in.

Suite was roomy and I appreciated the two bathrooms.

Stayed in room 220. The bedroom shares a wall to the outside hallway to the elevator. You can hear kids running during the day.

I am an owners of many years at this property. I love how well it has been kept up and I often share the timeshare when I am there with friends or family.

I loved the suite ..very comfortable.

I calledc front desk that there was a toddler who dripped lots of water around pool table area and no one came out to clean. I used paper towels so no one would slip.

Our flight was delayed for hours so we checked in after midnight. No problems - the gentleman working the desk was lovely.. The room was large, the bed was so comfortable and the accommodations more than satisfactory. There is a well appointed kitchen, a separate living area and two bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We were traveling up the coast to some other cities and didn't find similar hotels with this kind of pool. We loved it. We picked this to be close to a wedding venue 2 minutes away and I am so glad we did. It was perfect
