Unfreundlichkeit des Personals bzw. Umgang mit uns als Gästen ohne ersichtliche Grund oder Stress sowie insbesondere die „Abfertigung“ trotz höflicher Anfrage bereits Wochen vor dem Aufenthalt per schriftlicher Nachricht: Auf Anfrage bzgl eines späteren Checkouts gegen Aufpreis wurde uns eine „Klärung vor Ort“ zugesagt, woraufhin wir anreisten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätte ich noch kostenfrei stornieren oder umbuchen können, daher meine schriftliche Vorabanfrage. Hier meinte der Zuständige nur, dass er von einer Nachricht nichts wüsste und hat uns ohne Umschweife das EC-Gerät unter die Nase gehalten und gesagt „da kann man jetzt nichts machen, da müssen Sie die zweite Nacht ganz bezahlen“. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir umdisponiert. Die Art des Umgang in der Situation: völlig unprofessionell. Bei derartigen Erfahrungen macht auch Ausstattung/Lage des Hotels nichts mehr wett.
