I love this hotel - its my go to any time I stay at Broadbeach. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. The pool is fabulous even in winter!

"Really nice hotel with minor quirks"

rooms are clean well appointed and modern with great city views with ocean glimpses. located in star precinct, parking was included. Excellent heated pool, and great drinks by the pool. Excellent location, near beach and shopping.

unless you book executive level, you get harvest buffet breakfast in the star casino which was passable, but you had to queue with star hotel guests and you had the feeling they wanted to get you out asap as others were waiting, not relaxing. Rooms were really nice minor gripe, toiletries dispensers were weird squeezy tubes, never experienced these in any hotel before,and the scent was not nice, felt cheap in otherwise really nice rooms.
