"I am not happy how they treated"

It’s in convenient place

I have booked one room with Two queen beds and one sofa bed for my family of 5 But without notice it, management changed my room to two queen beds, that’s what receptionist said, she said she couldn’t do anything. Since we had long drive and it was almost around 9 pm we hand to managed with what we got. We didn’t even get any refund.

The location was great, the place was very clean and the gal behind the desk was extremely pleasant.

The heating system in the room was so noisy it affected our ability to sleep
