Disappointing Hotel Experience: Poor Front Desk Service and Dirty Rooms. A very unsatisfactory stay characterized by lackluster front desk service and unclean shower rooms. The staff showed no understanding or empathy towards guests. The presence of stains on the shower room floors further dampened our overall stay.

the location, the pillows are magical and the bed is comfortable. The view from the window is stunning from the 26th floor, panoramic windows. a full breakfast for different tastes. responsive staff who are ready to help at any moment
