Other than the hammock which was very dusty which is understandable being outdoors the rest of the facilites were clean and in order. Mosquitoes repellent highly recommended for all outdoors activities. The food is all vegan and excellent especially the breakfast options whether you are vegan or not. Very tasty. Yoga classes which are free are fantastic especially if you are a beginner.

Unique and peaceful resort. Unexpected beauty in the mountains. Vegan cafe was creative and filling.

Our overall experience was great. The staff are friendly and helpful the optional meals were excellent, and the setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the hiking trails on the property and the pool. Be aware: the rooms are not air conditioned. The rooms have screened windows and a ceiling fan, which we found to be adequate in mid-June.

A MUST SEE in the mountains of Puerto Rico. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Grande. This boutique retreat is nesled in the interior mountains with eye popping vista's at every glance. The staff, especially Jeff, is very accomodating and helpful. The food is spectacular. The property is stunningly landscaped with tropicals at every turn. Yoga and a spa on site as well. There are also absolutely stunning hikes right there on the property...including a spectacular river and waterfall. A short drive away is a huge lake that reminded us of being in Lake Como italy. Also, we came in June and had ZERO issue with the no A/C's in the rooms. Because you're in the mountains, it stays cool. We didn't want to leave and absolutely will be back for an extended stay.

Beautiful unique retreat.. the roads were rough getting there in the rain but I made it and never thought about pulling out of the parking lot until checkout. Beautiful pool. Nature. Waterfall areas. Vegan restaurant smelled good, but I opted for more time exploring the grounds.

Wonderful area! Stayed at this location 32 years ago under different ownership. It's still wonderful and even improved in many ways. Loved it. Hope to come again.
