I didn't stay her myself but my Mum did. It was her birthday while she was there so I contacted the hotel to see if I could arrange a little good or drink surprise for her. I cannot say enough good things about the response from the Hotel. They responded really quickly with a lot of lovely options and made it really easy to arrange. They added extras to what I chose at no cost, the people I dealt with were just wonderful, service like nothing I had had before, and I have stayed at several 5 star hotels, but this hotel went above and beyond and made my Mums day. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly. Thank you.
