Convenient location and good breakfast

Hotel blocks the deposit on the card and it appears like being charged twice for the room. It was unblocked only after 1 month with often inconsistent explanations provided in the meantime. Fine if these are the rules, but please announce this information in advance during the check in. Ventilation system in the room is very loud and was waking me up all night.
