בהיכנסי לידר הטלפון והמזגן לא עבדו. ירדתי לקבלה ואמר בפקיד שיישלח מישהו לתקן. חיכיתי 50 דקות עד שירדתי שוב ובקשתי להחליף חדר כי אף טכנאי לא הגיע
