The window in our room could not properly close so we got a constant inflow of freezing air during our stay. The maintenance crew "fixed" the problem by moving the thermostat sensor next to the window and letting the air heater work non-stop. So you are given a generous choice of having either a boiling hot or a freezing cold room. Other unpleasantries include: - an incredibly long walk between the room and the facilities - towel cards(?!?!?) you cannot get a towel in the spa if you don't show your towel card? - tiny cold elevators. - kid-sized covers on your beds. - you want to call the front desk from your room phone device? You could never guess the number.
