"It was okay to stay."

Location and cleanliness. Staff were polite

Food, service. The first day I ordered oriental dishes and a sizzling brownie ice cream. The only thing which was warm was ice cream. The rice and prawn were salty and tasteless. Felt like it wasn't fresh. I complained but there was no response per say. Disappointing about this service.

I have a message for your engineering team if you may pass it to them: Sprinkler system's sprinkler heads in stalled in the level 6 and room # 628 had the orange sprinkler bulb protectors still installed. This needs to be removed urgently otherwise the sprinkler bulbs will not activate during actual fire. Please refer to NFPA 13 for 5.6k sprinkler head installation instructions.
