Staffs need to give more responsibility and respect

Clean rooms and very hospitable behaviour from the host. Rooms looked better than the pictures.

The wifi connection in the room was not very strong.

The room was very spacious, the hot water geyser in the bathroom was useful on cold mornings and the balcony was great for views. The staff is friendly , the apartment suites are nice but some things can be improved given the price!

The location is kind of remote, uphill and the street can be noisy early morning (a lot of people talking, shouting). There's no filtered water in the premises which is frustrating as Ooty shops don't sell mineral water bottles either (only 5 litres containers due to some kind of city-wide ban). The staff told us to use the hot tap water in the kitchen area but heated water isn't necessarily filtered nor potable. There are no shops, no restaurants available nearby, so we walked down ( we didn't have a vehicle) since there's no transportation available. We didn't mind the walk up and downhill everyday but this is something other guests might want improved. The curtains are thin so we woke up with blinding sunlight in our face. The bedsheets and covers were stained and the bed doesn't have a mattress it seems, just a spring bed. No wifi but the hotel doesn't claim to offer any but something to keep in mind too.
