ESEl personal fue excepcional. Al llegar antes del horario de check-in, nos dejaron pasar directamente a la habitación porque ya estaba lista y también tienen consigna de equipaje para quien lo necesite. Durante toda la estancia, el equipo fue muy atento y nos ofreció constantemente opciones de actividades con distintas agencias. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con TV y Netflix incluido. El desayuno buffet es muy completo.
Nada que destacar negativamente. Una estancia impecable.

The hotel terrace does not face the site of hot balloons rising. You had to pay extra for a good coffee ( not from the coffee machine). The room could be a bit cleaner, certainly the window.

FR- Belle vue de la terrasse de l’hotel - petit déjeuner bon et varié - le personnel est gentil - emplacement au centre ville de Goreme - proposition de navette aeroport et d’activités (meme si nous finalement on a préféré GetYourGuide) - communication fluide car parle bien anglais
- le matelas était dur - le bruit des gens qui montent et descendent l’escalier - ils nous ont d’abord proposé le vol de montgolfières à 220€ avant de le baisser à 60€ mais c’etait trop tard parce qu’on avait réservé
