Liu Resorts - All inclusive

Wee booked two rooms for 5 Adults and 1 child. reception said, we booked wrong and have immediatliy leave the Hotel, if we dont pay more. We had big diskussions an finally with the chief manager could solve the problem.

bed mattress was not comfy.the room was noisy despite the perfect sound proofing of the rooms.

We stayed at LIU as a family and found everything exceptional. Service, staff, food, drinks, facilities, activities were outstanding. The details about the service were particularly wonderful. Special thanks to; Nihat, Taha, Nabila, Tunahan and Dilem at the terrace restaurant area. Hikmet at the breeze bar, Bora at the aqua bar, Hasan at the aquapark. Because of their top-quality service and freindliness our stay has been an unforgettable experience.

If I have to nit-pick, I have to admit that they kind of rush the guests at the Mare a-la-carte restaurant at the beach to order food, eat up and leave. It would have been nicer to know that we only have time until 9 pm to finish our dinner because of the following activities and shows at the beach. Another point: I had the feeling in between that staff was under a lot of pressure and stress although it didn't affect our experience.

The food was great, and the cocktails amazing. love the fish dinner every Monday. hotel was perfectly clean it was amazing. loved the service on reception was very nice and kind, the spa zone was great. The property is not big but every facility was just perfect. especially want to say thank you to the waiter that is working on the tables at dinner that are located in the open sky outside with the long hair. his service was the best from all the waiters in this hotel and he made our dinner every night just perfect with his kind and great service I recommend to set in this tables zone just for the good experience from his nice service!!!!

The only thing that i didn’t like was the service in the bar on the beach, and the bar in the aqua park. To get attention from the waiter was just impossible, he was just passing your table looking at you and keeps going. It wasn’t perfect felt like you need to go to the bar every time and stand in the line instead enjoying the show.

Your location  Liu Resorts Kısalar Mahallesi, Merkez sokak No 103-104, 07400 Manavgat/Antalya, Turkey Hotel Jolnar's Welt 1696 points   gerade eben The Hotel was definitely one of the best hotels I ever visited, the location ist indeed a bad location, if you leave the hotel you will immediately notice that you are in the middle of nowhere, they can't change the location indeed, thats why it can't be under begativ points, which can easily changed. I like the food and desserts a lot, the service was perfect, Sumaya from the customer service helped us a lot and was very helpful whenever we needed her. Too many thanks to Nabila from the main resturants. The room and the room service is good with some improvements demands. The smell of the hotel ist somthing I'm not going to forget. I liked also the Logo-music of the hotel "life is unique" it's just sensational.

Negativ points: the price is very high, thats why may I'm not coming back a gain, the pool must at some points be deeper and not overall 1,40cm deep, that was disappointing, the water in Children splash area is very cold! The employees musst at least be able to speak at least english. I didn't see the animation team, I visited Turkey about 10 times till now and this was the only time without spa, because the prices of this service in this hotel is with no reason very very high. There's no activities or shows at night for children and last but not least, the bed is in some rooms (in my room was a family room) is very close to the toilets door, and I knock my legt against the bed very oft and that hurts! If this negative points going to change, I'll come back for sure....
