Buena Ubicación, cerca de puntos de interés. Rooftop con vistas bonitas. El estilo antiguo era bonito.

Habitación tenía un leve olor a Humedad, se debería mejorar. Sería bueno contar con ventanas que aíslan el ruido, ya que se escuchaban los autos fuera.

Lovely small hotel with a nice inner courtyard and patio where breakfast is served. Rooms are good sized and my daughter and I loved having 2 full sized beds. Breakfast options were all great and there was an unlimited supply of coffee and filtered water. Location is just 2 blocks outside the historic quarter making it quiet at night but still accessible to all central quarter restaurants and activities by foot. Staff were lovely. Felt very safe.

Our room was a bit warm

The breakfast was very poor. Bad quality coffee, no fruits, no juice. A very small milk pitcher that guests had to ask for refill at the kitchen. No butter unless you ask for it. The cheese offered was the size of a tea spoon. A rather miserable breakfast. The hotel should improve this and if necessary offer other options even at an extra price. Usually hotels of this quality around the world offer a much better breakfast.

Either if you are lodged in a room at the ground floor or on the upper floor, the noise coming from guests passing by your room or preparing things in their room was unbearable. The infrastructure must be refurbished to avoid this inconvenience

Le personnel très sympa et serviable Le petit déjeuner tres bon. Le cadre tres joli. La propreté des chambres

Le nuit de parking payante alors que nous avons réserver 3 chambres pour 3 nuits. L insonorisation des chambres qui n existe pas. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres ( televisión, cri de bebe...)

El personal muy educado y cualquier duda o pregunta ayudaban para que todo fuera aclarado.

El Olor de Humedad en los cuartos esta fuerte. Reserve 3 recamaras y estuvieron igual. El bañero se empieza a tapar cuando empiezas a bañarte. Me hizieron un cobro Q100 por una toalla que estaba manchada el cual ninguno de nosotros hizo eso. El personal de limpieza estaban limpiando una recamara y suponieron que era de nosotros. Le doy un 5/10 porque el personal es muy atento y respetuoso.
