Have to carry luggage up stairs and elevator to get to check in. Little to no parking. Check in was fine but room very uncomfortable due to air conditioning not working properly. It was too hot to sleep comfortably on night before flight. Club room in morning was left a mess from night before.
Clean rooms friendly helpful staff free complimentary drinks dessert and fruit in dining area. Very convenient location close to train station and airport.
Strange (stale) odor in both hallways and room itself. Also, A/C did not cool the room. Convenient location to airport, walkable, and competitively priced.
I recently stayed at this incredible hotel and couldn't be happier with my experience! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay. You won't be disappointed!
Extremely small bath room Room, bed and pillows not comfortable Nothing good about this hotel, except their little lounge. Was not able to sleep well on the bed. A woman receptionist is rude and they act as the GM of the hotel. Kind of ridiculous. Would not recommend.

The toiletries in the room are limited but the front desk has other items upon request. The lounge is very nice and offers hot/cold beverages along with snack items 24 hours a day.
Insufficient air-conditioning, one glass only in the room, no sign of staff, no one in bar area. Strange place, though room itself was spotless. Overall, just weirdly sterile hotel.
