Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen im Service und an der Rezeption (insbesondere Jelena). Das Hotel liegt sehr nah zum Palast und zum Hafen. Alles ist modern und frisch renoviert. Sehr gut die Wlan-Verbindungen.
