Rude receptionists.

Property was clean staff were lovely I would recommend and stay again myself

Before i say anything I will say the staff are fantastic. The hotel is dated. Rooms are not great and the beds are sold as king but actually 2 single mattresses pushed together. There is no air-conditioning or climate control and considering the rates charged i feel it leaves alot to be desired in rooms. Beds are also a little. Gym is good, location is good. At night you have an option sleep with door open and get attacked by bugs or use fans provided by hotel and slowly roast. The end balconies turn into a waterfall at night with water spraying out. As amazing as staff are i dont know if i would rush to stay at the hotel.

Great location, wonderful condition, fabulous breakfast. Strange arrangement with the parking exit, and reception staff seem inexperienced.

I had such a lovely time at city suites all staff were lovely I got the studio apartment, perfect catered for everything and pool was nice after a few drinks out

Great place to stay for shopping or a gig!

Excellent Property. Very well maintained. The vegan breakfast was amazing. Caters for allergy sufferers.
