We had rented a car and this hotel has no parking although it states parking available on the property description. The hotel is next to a tram line with a small awney that has the name Yelo which you will miss if you are driving. The receptionist gave us directions for a parking garage half a mile across from the hotel but there was no way to find it. We were going in circles. Eventually we went back to the airport and returned our car. The receptionist should have just told there is a McDonald's right next to it. Instead we were told all the unnecessary point of attractions around the hotel. When we arrived, it was a different receptionist who showed pictures of the parking garage and she asked if were told about McDonalds. Long story short, you can stay there but finding parking and the hotel if you are a first time traveler might be a challenge unless clear instructions are given. Breakfast was just ok. Plus point is the public transportation is next to the hotel. Can be noisy as it is located in the center of the city. A little unsafe after 10p

Perfect fit for travelers ! Affordable and comfortable. The hotel is right on the Main Street which takes you straight to shopping street, then to the beach. Safe and reliable, I recommended this place if you are first timer in Nice and not sure about which area to stay at. Near to the basilica and also good coffee !

Parking far away and expensive.

Perfect location just a short walk from the old town, and right next to the tram stop! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel was well presented and quiet (on the 5th floor). Lounge space on first floor with access to refreshments. Luggage storage available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Modern new designed rooms, great walk in shower with good pressure very quiet at night and black out blinds. I loved the free drinks especially the hot chocolate in the lounge. Staff were great. I did not like the chrome cast on the TV I could not get it to work on my Netflix plan or Apple TV. The bed was comfortable but had a built in frame round it that was about 10 inches and getting in and out was awkward. I got lots of bad bruises on the back of my knees and legs from this. I am 55 but agile so it was not great for anyone with leg hip feet or knee problems. They also don’t recycle waste. It was a good stay overall. Would ask for a different room on bed style.

The room was clean, but we asked for baby bed and they said we will find because all the beds are busy! And they didn’t found it! The other receptionist said we don’t have it, we should buy one! And nothing happened for 2 nights! Our baby slept with us for 2 nights!

It was very quite and the stuff very helpful.

This property was very close to the train station ,shopping and restaurants.

Good pocation, clean and comfortable room and very efficient check in. The reason the score is lower is because the breakfast was terrible. The fruit salad had been recycled for several days, cheeses and saucisson were shriveled dry. Have breakfast elsewhere
