"It's ok to spend one night"

The room was spacious and everything was fine for spending one night. This is a normal hotel, nothing special. Standard I want to note that the breakfast was excellent. Everything was delicious and clean.

The room was cleaned, but not neatly. It felt like they cleaned it just to make a show. Something was lying around, there was either lint or hair on the toilet. The shower faucet was leaking

Dishonest about booking - thought I had paid in full & then was charged $40 on checkout for 2 dogs- was told booking.com should have informed me of the charge. The final bill from booking. Com did not include that charge Am very upset this was added on when I felt I had paid in full
