La ville

conditions inacceptables. La chambre présente un grave manque d’hygiène avec la présence de bestioles/insectes morts et vivants. De plus, la gestion de la situation est extrêmement mauvaise : longues attentes, absence totale de service de chambre et aucun changement de serviettes. Le plus grave reste que la porte de ma chambre a été retrouvée déverrouillée / ouverte par effraction pendant mon absence. Malgré 5 relances, aucune action n’a été prise.
