Lage, Rooftop Pool und der Onsen sind wirklich toll. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber Wand und Sofa wiesen ein paar Flecken auf.

Onsen en sauna, ligging

Heel jammer dat er mensen zijn die hun kinderen laten spelen in de onsen. Van de 3 keer dat wij voor de spa gingen lietren ouders hun kinderen luid roepen en rondspelen… Totaal geen controle vanuit het hotel…Mensen komen hier voor rust.

Location was convenient

Cleaning of room should be more frequent-maybe once every two days. Also, change of towels should be placed in room - not back in the same bag where we put used towels for washing. Also, should provide basic coffee or tea daily on daily basis.
