USThe location was convenient and the room was definitely clean, it looks like it was newly renovated. I’ll admit it was nice that when we needed an EV car charger, the site didn’t have one, but the owner moved his own car and allowed us to use his charger. That was a nice gesture at least.
Major issues here. Lowest volume toilets were clogged before we arrived, and we didn’t find out until the next morning and had to call for a plunger to be delivered to the room. For a place that caters to big fat hunters during turkey season, you think they’d invest in better and more powerful toilets. Secondly, the hot water took over 20 minutes before it heated beyond room temperature. When my wife tried to turn on the shower to wash her hair, the pipes went cold again, so she had to kneel in the tub and use the faucet to rinse her hair Dash unacceptable. We were in room 263. This place has potential, but the cheap materials used (flooring that isn’t attached appropriately and creeks everywhere you walk, refrigerators that gargle water all night loudly, etc.) makes it a place to avoid. The table legs weren’t equal size and it kept rocking, and housekeeping forgot to provide cream and sugar for coffee. Unbelievable! Come on, Othello Inns and Suites - spend a little bit more money on your infrastructure and you can capture everyone traveling the highway past town. But keep this up and your reviews will suffer.
