Nordic Hotel Lagos

Great location to Restaurants and lounges for night life. Breakfast options were improved from 2023 which is great. I like how the cleaning service wipes the floor in the rooms, you don’t find that at most hotels.

The staff service was abut disappointing compared to my last stay. The person checking me on didn’t seem pleasant and discussed the cost of my booking infront of other guests. I would have preferred if they were asked to step aside sooner. I needed help changing niara onto smaller bills, but no staff was able to help or point me in the right direction. This is a downgrade compared to my experience stay in 2023. If the price is going to increase dramatically, the services offered need to be exceptional.

Front office staff were great.

Back office offered shocking customer service. I had an issue that I wanted fixing with my rates. Not one person in charge made the effort to come and speak to me on the subject. I thought this was highly unprofessional and a shame because as I said the front office staff were great.
