Great location next to mall ! Nice walk over bridge!

Made to park in muddy dirt lot. 3 front desk staff playing on phones rather than check us in. Was put in a handicap room. We did not book or request that. Lame.

Location, walk over bridge to Mall, breakfast!

3 front desk staff standing around playing on there phones rather than helping us. Numerous staff did not tell us or help us with a closed parking lot. We were put in a handicap room. We did NOT request that.
