The property was in a very central location and handy for everything. As others have said, as expected, it could be a little noisy. In fairness at bang on midnight all noise for the local bars stopped and the nights overall were peaceful. Other apartments could be noisy coming and going but that is by no means any fault of the property. The bed was very comfy and the shower was warm and had good pressure. The pool on the roof was an absolute bonus. Make sure you go round the back on the pool terrace to the secret bit where there is shade if you want it and amazing views of the castle. We had a slight problem when our coffee machine didn't work but after one quick message with very friendly assistance, it was replaced with a new one. The air conditioning is the most amazing and quiet I have ever experienced. I normally cannot have it on at night but it was so quiet, you did not know it was there. Shutters also kept the room cool in the day and dark at night.

If I have to complain about one thing it is a distinct lack of storage. There is hanging in the wardrobe but no drawers at all. We were travelling with hand baggage so did not have a lot of stuff fortunately. I ended up putting my clothes in the kitchen drawer with the chopping boards!!!

Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber via Whatsapp, gänzlicher schlüsselloser Zutritt (sowohl Haustüre als auch Wohnungstüre mit Code), alle Wünsche (Pooltücher, Babybett + Rausfallschutz) wurden erfüllt. Check in und Check out ohne persönliches Treffen reibungslos verlaufen. Gut im Zentrum gelegen, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand leicht erreichbar. Im 4. Stock war der Lärm von der Hauptstraße zwar wahrnehmbar, aber nicht allzu laut. Pool am Dach sauber, mit Salzwasser, Liegen meist verfügbar - im hinteren Bereich gäbe es zwei Markisen, welche jedoch nicht bedienbar waren, jedenfalls habe wir weder einen Schalter noch eine Stange zum Kurbeln gefunden (wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt und immer wieder ausreichend Platz im Schatten gefunden).

Die Balkontüre konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden und während unseres Aufenthalts ist die Aufhängevorrichtung vom Rollladen beim Balkon gebrochen, weshalb dieser nicht mehr nach oben gelassen werden konnte. Die Unterkunft hat schnell reagiert und einen Techniker geschickt. Bei der Kommunikation dazu wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass in den Wohnungen Erneuerungen und Verbesserungen geplant sind. leichte Abnützungen am Mobiliar und der Einrichtung ersichtlich
