Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist

Location was perfect, staff were friendly, room was modern and clean.

Nothing until they wrongly charged us for items we did not have from the minibar. I raised this by email 3 days ago and although my response was acknowledged I have been charged at the time of asking for this review. Such a shame as it could be a genuine error but leaves a poor memory of our stay and when prompted for a review we have to be honest.

Our room was spacious, light, spotlessly clean with a kitchen area and fridge. Large walk-in shower and lots of room for toiletries. Terrace was lovely to relax on after sightseeing. Laundry facility was great for us as we were travelling around Portugal with cabin bags. Wine bar next to courtyard was shady and relaxing. Breakfast basket was great! Bread, croissants, honey, yogurt, fruit, granola..... Staff were terrific! So welcoming and helpful.

There wasn't much to dislike. Very satisfying stay. Would repeat if I visit again.

We had an amazing stay at The 54 Collection and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Traveling with a one and half year old can be challenging, but the team made everything so easy for us. They provided a crib and highchair, which we really appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable. A special thank you to Meire, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed and shared great local recommendations. Our son absolutely loved the courtyard and spent so much time exploring and playing there. It became one of his favorite spots during our trip, and seeing how happy he was made our stay even more memorable. The warmth and hospitality of the entire team truly stood out. We left Lisbon with wonderful memories and are so grateful for the experience. Thank you, Meire and The 54 Collection team. We hope to return one day!

Lovely comfortable apartment

Music was played right underneath our room from a DJ set coupled with the opening up to non residents of a small wine bar in the otherwise delightful courtyard garden below.This not acceptable and will certainly deter people We did suggest that the management urgently reconsider their decision to do this.

La ubicación es ideal, un barrio con movimiento pero aún así en un sector tranquilo y muy seguro, cercano a todos los barrios y lugares más lindos de Lisboa. Tanto la habitación como las áreas comunes son muy lindas, cómodas, ambientadas con buen gusto y luminosas. La atención del personal fue siempre muy buena.

Simplemente todo estuvo de maravillas, recomendaría este alojamiento a todos sin ninguna duda. El lugar ideal donde alojarse si se buca estar bien ubicado para recorrer la ciudad y descansar también.
