Limpo, banheiro amplo e ótimo chuveiro.

Quarto com diversos barulhos (além da obra sendo realizada do lado de fora, em frente à janela do quarto). Travesseiros muito duros. Faltou uma coberta extra (quarto extremanente gelado)

Gostei somente do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cheiro de mofo em todo o térreo até na recepcao. No qurto do térreo era impossível ficar, paredes e teto mofados, cheiro insuportável de mofo. O buffet deste graal é ruim, tudo frio, nada quente no café da manha, com cara de ontem.

Localizada dentro do Graal Itatiaia. Frigobar, chuveiro ótimo, toalhas felpudas e cheirosas. Tv com muitos canais. Café da manhã ocorre dentro das instalações do próprio Graal com extensa variedade. Estacionamento gratuito.

Não há mesa de cabeceira e o colchão é mole para quem tem problema na coluna.
