Nice hotel but expensive

🇬🇧 Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, although the shower could have looked a bit less like something from a hospital. Very good breakfast; however, I would have preferred to know from the start that the omelette was included and not an extra charge — I only found out later. Nice gym and pool, although the gym could use fewer cardio machines and more strength equipment. We had dinner at the hotel — everything was delicious. The cheesecake is an absolute must-try, one of the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly and helpful staff. For example, when we asked about the checkout time, they immediately offered to extend it if we needed. 🇪🇸 Hotel muy bonito, habitaciones amplias, aunque la ducha podría parecer un poco menos de hospital. Desayuno muy bueno; sin embargo, me habría gustado saber desde el principio que la tortilla estaba incluida y no tenía coste adicional — lo supe después. Bonito gimnasio y piscina, aunque el gimnasio podría tener menos máquinas de cardio y más aparatos de musculación. Cenamos en el hotel — todo riquísimo. La tarta de queso es absolutamente imprescindible, una de las mejores que he probado. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Por ejemplo, cuando preguntamos por la hora del check-out, enseguida nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de retrasarlo si lo necesitábamos.

🇬🇧 The location is the biggest downside. It’s too far from downtown Mérida, which makes it less ideal for tourists. It takes about 15 minutes by Uber to get to the center, which is a pity. 🇪🇸 La ubicación es el mayor punto negativo. Está demasiado lejos del centro de Mérida, lo que lo hace menos ideal para turistas. Se tarda unos 15 minutos en Uber para llegar al centro, una lástima.

Clean, the place is really nice

The layout of the beds it was too hard to get into the bed. You need to be specific on the pet friendly type it is before making the reservation, they asked me for a letter about my dog.

Excelente lugar para descansar y aprovechar el tiempo para entrenar aun en viaje de negocios con alberca y gymnasio accesibles y muy comodos.

Está nuevo y cómodo

Me gustó el hotel, yo comprendo que las amenidades incluyen unas botellas de agua y si deseas más te las cobran, como ex hotelera creo que el plus de una botella de agua más puede llegar a crear una experiencia más agradable, sin embargo todo bello…. 10/10 la vista

The hotel is very clean. The services very excellent. The location good. But too much noise.
