"I would like a refund."

The whole room looked like it had not been cleaned there was hair everywhere on the sheets and when we got more sheets they were stained and crusty. We didn’t receive the proper bedding to remake the bed after 2 trips down to the front desk. The bathroom was dirty long hairs everywhere and I mean everywhere. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

"Nice area in North Detroit suburbs"

Great location

Staff at front desk were wonderful, but the staff that was running the breakfast bar was not. They did not stay on top of replenishing coffee and food. Twice I had to go to the kitchen and ask about it and they were just sitting there on their phones.
