Great location, very clean, it has everything you need for your stay. Friendly staff. In front of the building you can find restaurants and a grocery shop, and everything is close by.

We had four nights here in this clean and comfortable apartment. We caught up on washing, enjoyed breakfast in the apartment and even had take away pizza one night, because we could. Great facilities, comfortable bed. And a lovely shower. What more could you want. Close enough to the train station to walk, and close enough to the main attractions to encourage us to walk everywhere. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice apartment. It has a really cosy atmosphere. It was also very clean. Modern bathroom and clean shower. Aircon is ok, but only in the living area. Good information booklet provided by the property company. Apartment location is superb for exploring Bologna. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, two immediately outside. My only negatives are, it can get a little noisy at night from the street below, which was hard to understand as the property is fully double-glazed. And the other thing was that there were no instructions on how to extended the sofa bed. But other than those two points, it’s excellent.

This is a nice apartment in central Bologna, great location & easy to walk everywhere. Very clean & a full size kitchen & a great washing machine.

It was a little smaller than we expected & not much space for our suitcases. The air conditioner didn’t reach into the bedroom so was quite warm when sleeping, especially as it was 38 degrees. I’m sure it would be fine in cooler months.

Great apartment on second floor so not suitable if you don’t like stairs. Literally on top of restaurants and bars. Will book again
