"Good"

Very defensive and didn’t handle issues appropriately or in a manner to cater to paying customers concerns. Not polite and quite rude. Would not stay here again. Cleanliness was great once brought up and then it faded off as the days wore on.

Such a pretty room and cute balcony! The absolute best and nicest receptionist and cleaner I have ever met at a hotel! It was totally quiet between the rooms, modern and pretty, close to everything, and felt very safe. Practical check-in/-out. Cute roof terrace too! Cleaning was SO good and it was always sooo clean. Will definitely recommend, and stay here again!!

"Amazing Stay Superb Staff"

We had an amazing stay rooms are nice and location is spot on but the best was the staff and service they went over and beyond our expectations to accommodate requests amazing job we sincerely thank them
