Manatee Palms

Beautiful facility. You would never know you where in the heart of the city except for the trafgic noises. To look out your window and view foliage and not more buildings, give this hotel a old Florida feel. Sherry and Brian are the nicest people.

We wanted a quiet, private boutique experience conveniently located to downtown restaurants, and found our suite to be well suited for a laidback several dYs.

It was great to stay there and very comfortable close to everything and the staff was great to thx ..!!

The place is nice and quaint, but it is not a hotel, it is a BNB. I was not expecting that. The lady at the front is very nice. Expect to pay for everything extra. Then we were moved to a different room then we booked.

Very clean and pretty property and room that was quiet and peaceful. The owners were very nice and hospitable and their breakfasts were excellent, fresh and delicious.

Manatee Palms was lovely. Our hosts were helpful and kind. The room was clean, cute and unique. The breakfast was wonderful. We would love to return we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rate 5 for able bodied,3 for disabled. Wonderous decor and greenery everywhere, peaceful. But...Wheelchair inaccessibility observed: Husband climbed 3 stairs for in-person check-in allowed only 3-9p. H'cap room entrance from ramp requires tight left 90° turn but is obstructed by extremely large planted pot attached to and immovable from ramp rail. Beautiful glass shower door not wide enough to accommodate shower chair or wheelchair access. Thermostat for all 3 rooms controlled by office only allowing 72° or 73°-I was denied preference for 74°. Compact handicapped van wide parking occurred, alternative offer to park on street.

Loved our staycation here! The staff is super attentive and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and the property is super cute and cozy! Would definitely recommend for a couples weekend

Overall the property has a lot of charm with ample of beautiful greenery with lots of cute outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the green oasis. The pool was great, although I was disappointed on having to rent pool towels. Location was great as we were within walking distance to good restaurants and about a mile from Downtown area. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and very nice. I wish I was asked if we had any food allergies or preferences. However, indeed the property is noisy as its in between two very busy streets, the ceiling fan in our room wasn't working. The worst part is we couldn't control the A/C from our room which for me was horrible. Our room was extremely hot during the night and uncomfortable as the thermostat was in the hallway was set at 79 under lock and key. Customer service was disappointing due to the lack of friendliness from the moment we arrived, the staff wasn't rude but they weren't friendly and welcoming.
