A clean comfortable friendly place to stay. A nice little Mexican restaurant across the street for a quick meal. Fun and interesting breakfast. And sidewalks so you can take a walk.

Room was 60 ft from a 4 lane hwy. very loud. No furniture in room. No chairs!

Wow! I was blown away by this cute and cozy BNB in the middle of town. I loved my stay; the place is very comfortable and clean. My favorite part was every morning at breakfast on the deck: fresh juice, fantastic tasting homemade pastries, and a wonderful surprise dish. The quality is top-notch, everything I ate was delicious. The room was clean, I slept very well, and I looked forward to the comfy bed. I will be back!!

The amenities were of very good quality and it was very comfortable, some road noise but not bothersome at all. The breakfast was a little unique and very tasty!

My wife and I booked the queen suite for a week while visiting our son, daughter-in-law and newborn who were located within walking distance. This is an older property but has been kept up very well. Our room was, very clean, quiet and secure but we were there during a slow period with few other guests. Breakfast couldn't have been better with everything fresh and made to order with a different main course every day. It had a nice pool and abundant outdoor sitting areas for reading, relaxing or watching the resident cats patrol the perimeter. The property is located between two somewhat busy streets but it is set-back and buffered by an abundance of palm trees and tropical plantings. Walking to and from my son's apartment, even late in the evening, was never an issue with respect to safety. The owner's are on site and always willing to accommodate your needs. Would book again without hesitation.

It was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast in. For most part it was par above most brand hotels I have stayed at. Nice, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Good breakfast and nice staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Arrived Friday, stayed until today. What great pool. They gave us pool towels, wonderful breakfast and place is so clean. If you are here get room 13. It is so nicely furnished. There are so many places to sit and enjoy this gem in middle of downtown

Since COVID I have decided to explore smaller hotels and villa rentals to get better and cleaner accommodation. For business; this is close to Bradenton city center and close to river front for places to eat.

We stayed the weekend with girlfriend. We enjoyed the pool, yoga and wonderful breakfast. It is so close in town with so much to do. We enjoyed out this world breakfast. Caretakers are so helpful and accomodating.

We were looking for a weekend place near beach. They have it all. The breakfast alone is the reason to go there. If you are looking for a quite place to vacation call them up. Checkout their pool, it is great.
