Habitación remodelada y adaptada, pero sin rematar. Sin mobiliario auxiliar. Sin espejo en el baño (no pude ponerme las lentillas). La puerta del baño no tiene asidero para cerrarla. Sin televisor ni armario para guardar la ropa. El tabicado de pladur está sin aislar, se oye absolutamente todo y rompe la intimidad.

Very disappointing experience. We chose this hotel specifically because of the 12:00 PM check-out time, as we had driven 10 hours and were really looking forward to getting some proper rest. Unfortunately, at 9:00 AM loud construction work started, including drilling in nearby rooms. It was impossible to sleep or relax. What made it even worse was that at 11:30 AM — a full 30 minutes before the official check-out time — staff were already knocking on our door telling us we had to leave. We fully understand that maintenance work is sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance about renovations that may affect their stay. Starting heavy construction during the morning and then rushing guests out before the agreed check-out time is simply not acceptable. Very disappointing and not the restful experience we expected.
