Very clean. Great shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great temp control in room. Quiet. I felt safe. Breakfast

Mattress was way too firm. Hiltons typically have very comfortable beds.

"Top choice in Johnson City"

Staff were not only friendly and kind, they really seemed to go beyond normal expectations to ensure we had a nice stay. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal with lots of variety! Although there was not a hot tub, the pool was very warm and enjoyable. Trust me, I am almost always cold in pools and was not cold at all. Would highly recommend staying here.

The night shift worker Anna cancel my reservation because I initially booked for two nights and told her that I wanted to change it to only one night and she told me no she couldn’t do that and cancel my whole reservation and threaten to call the cops on me for trespassing if I didn’t leave WERIDO RACIEST
