AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter

Good location, nice hotel

The water was lukewarm the first night. It was meant for my wife to have a staycation. She felt that we could have stayed home.

I stayed in room 627 for 3 nights this week. This room is located a floor below the roof top bar. The first 2 nights there was some moving of furniture from the bar but not bad enough for me to complain. The last night was pure misery! I called the front desk twice complaining. From what I learned the bar was closed and the general manager instructed the staff to clean the bar after closing. It was the loud sound of constant dragging furniture above my room. I had a horrible nights sleep needless to say. Other guest were in the hallway complaining also. My business associate was staying on the 5th floor and she heard rumbling from this activity also. I am assuming guest are not the top priority for this new general manager. Customer service has declined since my last stay. Will look at other Marriott properties in the area for my next visit.
