Everything is great. Room was as promised. Room was cleaned. Plenty of all necessities; shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper. The bed was firm not soft. The blankets were clean and warm. Sadly the pillows were too soft. My husband had to use 2 pillows and still the pillows were too soft. Not sure if the pool is suppose to be heated but my girls went swimming and the pool was really cold. Over 9/10 stay.

Room floor was not fully clean, found pins and boxes under furniture. Wish they would vacuum the floors before each guest but it was apparent they didn't.
