Seascape Grace Bay Hotel & Townhome Villas

Great small quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you (especially Daniel and Shawnette). Close to beach where Daniel sets up lounge chairs and umbrellas.

We stumbled upon the Seascape and stayed in the townhomes. Wow! They are brand new, 3 stories and all the amenities! The staff was spectacular from the time we arrived. They shuttled us to the beach where they set up chairs and an umbrella. My kids loved the pool, beach was gorgeous, and close to many restaurants. 5 stars and perfect for families!

i enjoyed myself, within walking distance to the beach. next door they have a fish fry on Thursdays with live music. Close proximity to the airport. staff amazing,.

Overall not a bad place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the pool was open 24hrs. They had complimentary bikes to ride as well as a large golf cart to take you to and from the beach. Didn’t like the false advertisement. Online it states the hotel has a spa, which was my determining factor when choosing this hotel. When I arrived and asked about the spa the staff informed me they didn’t have a spa but they could get someone to come give us massages in our room, by the pool, or even at the beach. Though I appreciated the gesture, an outsourced massage is not the same as a spa. Also, my room felt like it was retaining moisture. After the second day the room stayed damp; my clothes, the bed spreads, the towels, everything was damp. There is limited parking if you rent a vehicle like we did. And they are expanding so there is construction next door. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, but I’m not boujee or hard to please.

We had a wonderful stay! Our rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was wonderful, especially Daniel who would take us to the beach daily. Really appreciated the hospitality.

Property is cleaned and location was convenient. the room appeared clean but didn’t smell clean, and on two consecutive nights we saw roaches. We complained to management they completely denied it was even accused letting them in by the two ladies in management until pictures was provided. Room was clean everyday. The room have no windows that opened it felt like a prison cell with modern amenities. Ac was loud had to be kept on at all time. Cleaning staff was wonderful I have to mention Daniel who made our savior during our stay. he was friendly, resourceful, and available anytime he was needed would not stay there again.
