Seascape Grace Bay Hotel & Townhome Villas

Rooms were not cleaned even when asked to have it cleaned. Not given towels daily. Stray dogs near property. Staff only provides 2 waters upon arrival. Stayed 5 nights, and no breakfast or food on propriety is fine but no access to water is crazy. This hotel was perfect. It’s conveniently located right near everything in the Grace Bay Area. It took us 5 minutes to get to all the restaurants and bars. 3 mins away from the beach. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Property was clean. The property offered complimentary bikes. There was a bit of walk to any food options.

It was nice staying at Seascape. The staff were nice and pleasant. Shawnette and Daniel were consistent and welcoming.

Fully enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was very kind! The room AC is GREAT. The Thursday Fish Fry is walking distance and I road the bikes offered at Seascape each morning to Shay's Cafe. I felt very safe my entire trip and I would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I had a wonderful 7 night stay here at Seascape hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any thing we needed. We felt extremely safe and supported throughout our whole trip. Daniel, a staff worker, is extremely kind and helpful with all needs of residents and readily available for anything necessary. Alex was another staff member who was extremely kind and gives the best recommendations for food places. We plan to make Turks and Caicos a yearly trip and will definitely be staying at this accommodation. There is a golf cart that can take you to one of the best beaches, Grace Bay Beach. It is close to the weekly fish fry event- an island staple. It is close to Mr. Groupers, a very popular island restaurant as well as many other locations. In turks, you either need a rental car or driver but this location is so close to many things it made it effortless. 10/10 stay.

So where to I begin. The property is small but immaculate. Everything was well skept and extremely clean. The beds aren't great but overall the rooms are comfortable, house keeping came daily and kept the room under control. Daniel was A1, don't forget to TIP him!!! He helped with everything, literally everything. I saw some reviews say the hotel staff leave at 8pm which is true however Daniel remains on the premises and is helpful 24-7. There are free bikes available to ride which made a trip to the store very convenient. We got a rental and there is free safe parking available. The location is close to all, short 5-8 min drive at most. The beach is amazing and the hotel has personal beach chairs for the guest. The hotel is quiet and safe. You cannot ask for a better situation on a vacation. Book this, you will not be disappointed!

This was my first visit to T&C with my mom. We don’t typically like large resorts, this hotel was perfect. It’s not right on the beach but it’s a short 10 minute walk or 3 minute ride on the golf cart. It’s also just a 10 minute walk from the popular Mr Grouper. Daniel, Shawnette, and Gail were the most gracious hosts during our stay. They really look out for you during your stay. Special shout out to Gail for personally driving my Mom & I to the airport during an epic flood & pouring rain on our checkout day when no taxis would come to pick us up. She truly went above & beyond when none of us knew how bad the flooding was until we left the hotel. I do have 2 recommendations: 1. it would be nice to have some lamps in the room. The only lighting was the bright recessed lighting in the room 2. they could use some new bikes as most needed repair Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you again!!!
