The facility is located outside the city zone, within the premises of a beverage distribution company, so it is noisy in the morning, and outside on the porch there were a lot of mosquitoes, so it was not comfortable to sit. The apartment was ok, it met expectations.

We stayed with my wife and our small dog. When we arrived, we noticed a giant German shepherd wandering aimlessly in the large garden in the middle. There is definitely no security guard or staff member monitoring the surroundings at the hotel. While we were looking for our keys at the door when we returned to our room in the evening, the German shepherd attacked our small dog from behind. Our dog's ribs were broken, and we had to take him to the emergency vet. Our vacation is ruined. We spent two days at the vet. The hotel representative's attitude towards this incident was not pleasant at all. They stated that the German shepherd belonged to one of their customers, had been wandering in the garden for 10 days, and they were very surprised by its aggressiveness. They didn't help us in any way. At the time of the incident, the hotel staff also said that there was no need to escalate the matter and that we should not prolong it. Right now, we are in a legal dispute with the dog's owner. Besides that, the hotel is clean and a nice place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. But it is scandalous that all the hotel's security and customer relations have been entrusted to the gatekeeper of the neighboring factory. In summary, I wouldn't recommend going with your dog or small child. It wouldn't be surprising if a German Shepherd or a Pitbull attacked in the yard.

It was clean. Despite being expensive, it was what it was. Not a bungalow, more like a cabin, maybe a shed+... It was nice to have the porch with chairs. Good for one night.

Tribble customer service. Horrible entrance... from a transportation yard... with forklifts and trucks. Parking is inside another property. It was very dark and hard to find our way to the cabin and no one on-site!

Merhaba F/P olarak tuttuğumuz apart otel yeni ve konforluydu. Özellikle yatak ve yastıklar temiz ve oldukça rahattı. Mutfak gereçleri yeterli miktarda vardı. Bulaşık makinası yok, çamaşır makinası da ortak kullanım alanında bulunuyor. Deterjanda koymuşlardı. Bizi tek rahatsız eden odaların yalıtımı yok ve yan tarafta ne yaşanıyorsa odamızın içindeydi. Odamız son odaydı ve yan tarafta içecek taşıma şirketi de vardı. Bazı günler erken saatlerde yüklemeleri yapıldı bu durumda maalesef hoşumuza gitmedi. Lütfen odalar için yalıtım yaptırın. Gerçekten bir daha tercih etmeme sebebimiz kesinlikle budur. İyi günler

Good cleaning. Check in and check out is done with a key box. Hotel communication is good. Room size is enough. There is balcony with some seats

Die Eingangstüre hatte einen spalt. Im Zimmer hatten wir Ameisen, das problem wurde aber schnell behoben, nachdem wir es angesprochen haben!
