The exceptional customer service from Marios and Andra at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time they got a chance. They were also able to recommend places like restaurants, sight seeing etc.. Breakfast was delicious. Peaceful location. The view was good from the room. Everything is perfect. Highly recommend.

The warm welcome the location the amenities provided. The breakfast was scrumptious and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We had the pleasure to watch the sunset from our hot tub. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend this place the hosts arranged our itinerary as soon as we arrived. Nothing was missed. 10/10

"Super sunset views and Incredible hosts!!"

Right from the booking, the hosts were very responsive to each question and also created a WhatsApp group on the day of arrival for all communications. Fabulous location and caldera views from the balcony. Special thanks to Andra and Mario for their hospitality, suggestions on places to visit / eat and their insights as a local guide. Great property, a very filling and health breakfast in the mornings (delivered to your room!!) and very nice people.

Absolutely amazing! Can't say enough good things about Ambeli! Andra, Marios and the entire staff were wonderful! Honestly, one of the best experiences any of us have ever had around the world. Do NOT pass up on the chance to stay here. Sunset is amazing!
