On m’a donné un verre de Bien qui m’a coupé la lèvre qui était abîmée, les bulles dans la piscine extérieure étaient en panne, il n’y a pas de Jet pour détendre des muscles dans la piscine intérieur ou extérieur, la télé ne dispose pas de Netflix, c’est un équipement très vétuste

This is one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed. Lavish breakfast and excellent dinner with service to match. Lovely bedrooms, generous underground parking, spa and pool very relaxing.

Sehr modernes Hotel an guter Lage, Firstbahn ein Katzensprung entfernt. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Im Zimmer Getränke inkl. Nespresso-Kaffee vorhanden (man muss nicht zusätzlich dafür bezahlen.

Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich Fr. 28.— pro Nacht. Beleuchtung im Zimmer schlecht - unser Zimmer war hinten raus und auch aufgrund der Beleutungsmöglichkeiten eher dunkel (es war ein Luxus-Zimmer).

Overall, the experience was positive — the breakfast and dinner were both very good, the view was beautiful, the rest of the hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean.

Our check-in experience took nearly an hour, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Part of the delay seemed to be caused by one staff member who appeared rather grumpy and not particularly friendly, which did not help the situation. There was also some confusion regarding the room booking. The hotel claimed that the suite rate was for single occupancy, and we were charged extra for a second guest. However, during the booking process, there was no clear option to select two guests in the system, which felt misleading. We stayed in a roof suite, but the living area was extremely dimly lit, making it quite difficult to see or relax comfortably in the space. Additionally, the bathroom had no door, which we found quite unusual and lacking in privacy.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit stilvollem Design, toller Atmosphäre und sehr aufmerksamem Service. Die Zimmer sind modern, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und absolut empfehlenswert.
