Very nice place .Location close to all good beaches ,near by small shops and cafe.Clean and tight every day from personal . Very hospitality people .For that price it’s a very good hotel .

We arrived at 9 pm and tried to check in, no one answered the phone and there were no managers at the hotel. We had to check the rooms ourselves and just go into a free one. Even the next day, no one wrote to us or called us back. There was a sharp smell of dampness and mold inside the room, the shower was in terrible condition - dirty and old, the shower plug was clogged and water was splashing out of several holes, it was impossible to wash your hair. All the walls were in white stains, rust and some kind of dirt. There was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bed - you could plant a whole vegetable garden there. The bed linen and towels also smelled damp - it was hard to sleep because it was dazzling in the nose. We also had difficulty finding how to turn off the light on the porch so that the room was dark. In the photos, everything looks much better than in reality.

Smell was bad, moisture and fungus in the bathroom…

Smelly room (mold) and especially toilet as if it wasn't cleaned properly. Wifi speed is around 3-7 mb/s so l couldn't work online comfortably. All the surfaces were dirty, especially in the bathroom I think Bath mat was never cleaned at all! I honestly don't understand why this property has so many wonderful reviews. You can find so many better options in Uluwatu and in Bali in general for this price
